Not being included in exemption list, Argentine residents and Argentina passport holders are required a visa to arrive Vietnam. In order to get Vietnam visa, the Argentina can come to Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in Argentina (you can also get your visa from any Vietnam embassy/consulate in the world as long as it is convenient for you to contact) to apply for the visa.
