On the morning of December 28, 2022, the first hot air balloon festival was held in Da Lat, this is a program to respond to the 2022 Da Lat Flower Festival.

Visitors can use the hot air balloon service to enjoy the panoramic view of Da Lat city at an altitude of 200m or hang up at the yard of Da Lat Pedagogical College with an altitude of 50m. This is the first service applied to tourists when visiting and relaxing in the mountain town of Da Lat.

The opening time for the free-flying hot air balloon service (5 million VND / time) and the hanging flight (200,000 VND / time) takes place in the morning from 6:30 am - 9 am and in the afternoon from 16:30 pm - 19 pm. The starting point is at the yard of Da Lat Pedagogical College.

The hot air balloon program in Da Lat will take place until the morning of January 1, 2023 to serve people and tourists. In particular, on the evening of December 31, 2022, there will be a mini hot air balloon demonstration, a Night Low light festival to welcome New Year's Eve and welcome the new year 2023 at Lam Vien Square, Da Lat.
